Q: What will the staff wear?

A: We will wear trousers and shirt with a small logo on the chest unless you request otherwise.

Q: Can the Fountain be used Outside?

A: It is important to maintain a steady temperature. Therefore the fountain can be used in a marquees as long as it is enclosed. Insects can be a problem if not enclosed as can drafts.

Q: How long does it take to set up?

A: We will arrive at the venue one hour before we are required which is more than enough time to set up.

Q: Do you provide napkins and skewers?

A: We will provide white napkins and table cloths unless you have a colour scheme you would like us to fit in with. We also provide all the skewers.

Q: How long can the fountain run for?

A: We run the fountain for approx four hours, but it can be run longer.

Q: What can be dipped in the chocolate?

A: Practically anything that goes with chocolate. We do advise not to use anything that may easily crumble off in to the chocolate.
